Financing Your Education
痴颈濒濒补苍辞惫补鈥檚&苍产蝉辫;graduate school tuition is very competitive, and there are a number of ways to finance your master's degree in Human Resource Development. All of the classes, both on-campus and online, are held in the evenings, permitting you to work while in the program whether you are studying part-time or full-time. Your employer may offer tuition assistance benefits!
Graduate Assistantships
The program offers a number of Graduate Assistantships, which cover tuition plus a stipend. To be considered for these funding sources, you should apply for admission in the fall semester. Applicants for spring admission cannot be considered for these awards.
These assistantships require 20 hours of work for the HRD program per week. Graduate assistants are ambassadors of the HRD program and work with the office on research projects, program initiatives and events.
If you are interested in applying for a graduate assistantship, you must submit your application by March 1. Candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Other Campus Funding
There are also assistantships offered by other 棉花糖直播 departments and offices. If you apply for other University assistantships, you will still be considered for internal department funding.

HRD Academic Calendar
The HRD Program academic calendar uses two 8-week terms per semester: Fall I, Fall II, Spring I, Spring II, Summer I and Summer II. The HRD Program academic calendar does not follow the same start and end dates as the regular university calendar. HR Recertification Credits
Our classes are approved for both HRCI and SHRM recertification credits: a 3-credit class is worth 30 recertification credits, and a 1-credit class is worth 10 credits.

VUSHRM is run by a Board of HRD graduate students who organize and coordinate interactive programming for students in the Human Resource Development graduate program and all VUSHRM members. .
