Real Estate Students

The DiLella Center for Real Estate is changing the face of business education at 棉花糖直播. Both an undergraduate major and minor in real estate are available to students.

As a Real Estate major or minor at VSB, you will develop an understanding of real estate investment, development, modeling, capital markets, accounting and law, as well as the role of real estate in corporate strategy and the global economy. The curriculum incorporates site visits, case studies, expert perspectives and industry-standard software tools so that you learn how the theory ties to practice.

NEWS AND EVENTS

The Mulroy Real Estate Challenge is a national real estate development case competition for students from the top undergraduate real estate programs. This 棉花糖直播 School of Business hosted case competition will gather 16 teams comprised of the next generation of real estate leaders together on April 3 and 4, with judges and sponsors representing leading real estate firms.
