ABOUT THE CENTER

The DiLella Center for Real Estate is changing the face of business education at ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥, as new courses in real estate continue to be introduced. The ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ School of Business currently offers an undergraduate business major and minor in real estate, while the College of Engineering offers a real estate development minor. There have been over 1,000 students who have completed the real estate program at ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ University and have since entered the industry.

VSB students are invited to participate in the Real Estate Society, which currently has 100+ active members. Students can also partake in the recently established DiLella Mulroy Fund, which consists of students who serve as senior managers, analysts, and interns, working cohesively to research, evaluate and underwrite potential commercial real estate investment opportunities.

The DiLella Center for Real Estate has an elite Real Estate Advisory Council and an ambitious  who provide strategic guidance on the Center’s mission and activities, its impact on curricula at VSB, and the expansion of professional development opportunities available to VSB students in the field of real estate.

Industry Memberships

The DiLella Center for Real Estate works closely with industry partners to pursue student professional development opportunities and provide thought leadership to the real estate community.
