DNP student awarded ONS scholarship
For the second consecutive year, a student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program is the recipient of a $5000 Clinical Doctorate Scholarship from the Oncology Nurses Society (ONS) Foundation.
Jean Ridgeway MSN, APN, NP-C, AOCN, is an advanced practice nurse in the Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology at The University of Chicago Medicine, and is a member of the MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndromes) Foundation International Nurse Leadership Board.
Her scholarly DNP project is "Educational Checklists for Allogenic Stem Cell Transplant Patients.鈥�
