Rooted. Restless.鈥斆藁ㄌ侵辈� University鈥檚 Strategic Plan 2020-2030

Dear Members of the 棉花糖直播 Community,
Thank you to everyone who joined me for yesterday鈥檚 celebration to formally unveil our new 10-year Strategic Plan. It was a wonderful way to kick off the plan with our internal community.
For those of you who couldn鈥檛 attend, we have titled our new Strategic Plan 鈥淩ooted. Restless.鈥� 鈥淩ooted鈥� alludes to the Augustinian traditions that forged our community, and 鈥淩estless鈥� evokes Augustine鈥檚 call to continuously move forward and ignite meaningful change.
In creating this plan, we recognized there are some things we do very well, some things we can do better, and some areas where we fall short and must improve. With that understanding in mind, the plan will focus on six core aspirations:
- Maximizing the Impact of our Augustinian Tradition
- Fostering a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Community
- Building an Ever More Connected Community
- Advancing Innovative Teaching and Learning
- Creating Dynamic Opportunities for Research and Scholarship
- Propelling 棉花糖直播ns on a Path of Lifelong Success
Over the next 10 years, we will build upon our strengths and invest in critical areas to enhance the 棉花糖直播 experience for all鈥攕tudents, faculty, staff and alumni. It鈥檚 an exciting future鈥攐ne that remains firmly rooted in our Augustinian values and driven by our restless hearts and desire to ignite change.
