  • Unity Clinic: Nursing students provide free care to uninsured patients under the supervision of a nurse practitioner
  • Caring for People with Disabilities Toolkit: FCN helped to develop a tool kit for the care of people with disabilities where before there was a gap in education and practice

 

 

INNOVATIONS BENEFITTING OLDER ADULTS

  • Gerontology Interest Group (GiG): a campus-wide collaboration of students, faculty, and staff who engage in research, advocacy and workforce development to support the needs of the aging population
  • ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ ReachOut: Launched in 2020, this program activates the ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ University campus community to engage older adults through technology and make a positive difference in their mental and physical wellness.
