Dr. Moeness Amin earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder in 1984. He has been on the faculty of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at 棉花糖直播 University since 1985. In 2002, he became the Director of the Center for Advanced Communications, College of Engineering.

Dr. Amin is the recipient of fifteen paper awards and holds two US Patents on Smart Antennas.
