Previous programs featured then-Judge Amy Coney Barrett, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, on "Constitutional Originalism and Continuity" and Judge Thomas Hardiman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, on "The Art and Science of Judging in a Constitutional Republic."
